Meet the Gibson SG ‘61 Reissue Mod Shop 2023 in “Pearlple” — a color so majestic it looks like Prince’s ghost personally approved it while riding a unicorn made of tonewood.
 
It’s got all the classic SG swagger — twin humbuckers, that devilish double-cutaway, and a neck so fast it might call you at 3am just to say “you up?” But here’s the twist: this beauty was cooked up in Gibson’s Mod Shop, so it’s not your average cherry-red midlife crisis machine. This one’s got shimmer, sass, and enough iridescent purple power to blind your drummer (finally some justice).
 
Condition-wise? She’s in excellent shape, with only a couple of finish cracks near the jack and bridge — the kind of “battle scars” you’d expect from a guitar that’s seen a few too many power stances in the mirror. Nothing structural, just pure character. Comes with its COA (Certificate of Awesomeness, obviously) and a faux gator semi-rigid soft case — because this thing is fancy, but still needs to make rent.
