Strandberg Boden NX7 – This Is Why We Don’t Let the Swiss Near Wood
At some point, someone in Scandinavia looked at a regular guitar and said, “What if it had more strings, no head, weighed less than a baguette, and made you question your own rhythm?” And instead of calling the authorities, they built it.
This is the Boden NX7 in Trans Purple—a 7-string alien artifact designed by people who think “comfort” means tricking your hand into doing math. It’s shaped like it fell through a wormhole in IKEA’s black ops division and landed in your lap asking for odd time signatures and forgiveness.
The EndurNeck™ is so ergonomic it feels like it was carved by a Swiss watchmaker having a midlife crisis. The passive pickups are tuned for maximum sonic exposure—they will rat you out instantly if you don’t know what you’re doing.
It’s in excellent condition overall, with just a tiny ding near the output jack—probably from when it tried to escape and evolve into a MIDI controller. Comes with the original case, a faint aura of eldritch prog energy, and no instructions—because nothing this weird should have instructions.
