Fender American Professional II Stratocaster – Roasted Pine
 
This is one of those Strats that immediately shuts down the whole “I’m not really a Strat person” argument. American Professional II, roasted pine body, and that unmistakable Fender feel that somehow manages to be modern, vintage-aware, and dangerously playable all at once.
 
The roasted pine body is the quiet star here. Lightweight, resonant, and lively, it has that dry, broken-in response that makes the guitar feel alive before you even plug it in. Unplugged, it rings. Plugged in, it snaps, blooms, and stays articulate without ever getting harsh. The V-Mod II single coils deliver classic Strat chime and quack, but with enough body to keep things from sounding thin or overly polite.
 
The neck is peak modern Fender—comfortable, fast, and familiar within minutes. It feels like a neck you’ve already owned for years, just without the wear or weird spots.
Condition is excellent to mint. Exceptionally clean and very well cared for, showing minimal signs of use. The pickguard and backplate have been swapped to a tortoise shell set because it simply looks right. The original pickguard and backplate are included, so you can return it to stock or keep the upgraded look.
