Fender ST-67 Stratocaster Reissue CIJ Sunburst (Mid-1980s)
 
Here's a cool player-grade Fender Japan Strat from the golden era of Japanese Fender production. This ST-67 Reissue sports a classic 3-Tone Sunburst finish, maple neck, and vintage-inspired styling that made these Japanese-built instruments so desirable.
 
This guitar is in Good condition and has clearly been played and enjoyed over the years. There are various bumps, dings, scratches, and signs of wear throughout the body and neck, giving it plenty of honest character. The "Crafted in Japan" marking on the back of the neck has been intentionally scratched out at some point in its life, though the serial number remains visible.
 
The guitar has been modified, although the full extent of the changes is unknown. At minimum, the pickguard appears to have been replaced, and there may be additional modifications beyond that. Despite its player-grade status, the instrument is fully functional and plays as it should.
 
If you're looking for a vintage Fender Japan Strat that you won't be afraid to gig, modify further, or simply enjoy, this is a great opportunity to grab a genuine mid-'80s CIJ-era instrument with plenty of mojo.
 
Includes a Fender hardshell case. While it fits the guitar well and provides excellent protection, it is unknown whether the case is original to the instrument.
