Guild USA F-212XL Standard – Natural
 
This is a Guild USA F-212XL Standard, a true heavyweight 12-string built in the USA and known for its massive voice, piano-like low end, and shimmering high-end chime. The spruce top is clean and lively, with great grain and no issues, and the guitar presents beautifully from the front. Neck is straight, frets are in excellent shape, and it plays comfortably all the way up the board. Hardware, headstock, and binding are all in excellent condition and show very light signs of use consistent with careful ownership.
 
Condition is excellent overall, with one cosmetic exception that’s fully documented in the photos: a tech at another shop accidentally spilled varnish on the back of the guitar, which caused some localized finish loss and surface marks on the back only. This does not affect the wood, structure, tone, or playability in any way—purely cosmetic. From the front, sides, neck, and headstock, the guitar looks fantastic.
 
A K&K passive pickup has been professionally installed, making this an ideal stage or studio 12-string. It captures the natural acoustic character extremely well without the quackiness of many onboard systems.
