Heritage Prospect 2004 – Antique Sunburst
Built in Kalamazoo, Michigan at the historic 225 Parsons Street factory, this 2004 Heritage Prospect embodies that unmistakable old-school semi-hollow magic. The beautifully figured maple top and back wear a stunning Antique Sunburst finish that glows with depth and vintage character.
This guitar is in very good condition, showing light signs of honest play wear but no major blemishes or repairs — just the right amount of character for a well-loved Heritage.
It’s been upgraded with a set of Peter Florance Voodoo PAF pickups, which are highly sought after and no longer in production. These hand-wound pickups are legendary for their dynamic response, clarity, and true vintage voice — the kind of tone that makes players chase down these rare sets whenever they appear. Tuning stability is rock solid thanks to the Sperzel locking tuners, another tasteful upgrade that enhances playability without compromising the guitar’s classic vibe.
With its laminated maple body, solid center block, mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard, this Prospect delivers warm, airy cleans and smooth sustain that easily crosses from jazz to blues to rock. The craftsmanship from Kalamazoo shines through in every note.
Includes the original hardshell case (OHSC).
